Alonaki Bay — Restaurant in Municipality of Southern Corfu

Nicely located restaurant next to Chalikounas Beach. On top of the sea with a great view and warm atmosphere especially at night.

When we visited the restaurant was pretty full. The service was really good and fast while the staff was helpful and kind.

As for the food, everything we ordered was really tasty and felt like mom's dinner. We order a Greek salad, fried zucchini, tzatziki, fried shrimps, spaghetti with shrimps, fried squid.

The only unsatisfying plate was the spaghetti with shrimps which was unreasonably prices for what it included. Costed 14 euros and had only two medium-large sized shrimps and the rest was just plain pasta.

Last thing that caught our attention in and unpleasant way was that we were not offered any dessert or fruit at the end of our meal, which is pretty uncommon for a Greek tavern.

The rooms: We really enjoyed the room even though we only stayed two nights. It is very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family or a couple with a rental car. The view and the small beach are just breathtaking. Best of all the beach is so empty like almost no other on Corfu. I would recommend this apartment to everyone who wants a cozy, chill holiday to relax.

The Taverna: The food is just exceptional, we enjoyed a fresh and tasty greek salat. One of the best salads we encountered on Corfu. The view during your meal is stunning. If you dont have a table with view you will still sit under a tree and have a great experience. The moussaka as well tasty and good portions for a good value.

General all the staff is friendly and they help...

A wonderful, peaceful location. If you prefer quiet relaxation and nature rather than the hustle and bustle of the city, you're guaranteed to have a great time here. The staff is very friendly, from the host, to the waiters and cleaners. The wifi is strong, the air conditioning works well, although it only really cools one room. The restaurant is not crowded, not noisy. Of course, you can smell the food a bit in the rooms. The view is amazing from the rooms and the restaurant. The nearby beach is not crowded either, although quite windy. The facilities are not high end but quite adequate. Getting here is not the easiest, although navigation software knows the place, but the road is not the best. Parking is easy. I highly...
