⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Restaurant Sunset – Paramonas Beach, Corfu

We visited Restaurant Sunset in Paramonas twice during our holiday, and it was amazing both times. The location is unbeatable – right in front of Paramonas Beach, which is perfect for a swim before dinner. The sunsets here are magical and make the meal even more special.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and generous, especially the seafood. Everything was served hot and made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

For our first lunch on the island, we decided to have moussaka. And here, we found an excellent one. It’s moderately spiced and served on a plate in a way that helps it cool down faster, which is a big plus. But the best thing of all is that they peel the eggplant here. I’m one of those people whose digestive system struggles with, or simply can’t handle, roasted eggplant (or pepper) skin, so it was a real pleasure to eat this moussaka. The service was professional and attentive. The restaurant is part of a hotel, so the restroom was exceptionally clean. We parked a bit further away...

I'm in doubt whether I should write about this place. It's just fantastic, beautiful location, superb food, friendly staff. It has a Nice pool, with a safe children's bath.

So I would hate this place to be run over by people and ruin the authentic atmosphere. On the other hand, you should really plan on getting here, it's pretty 'far' of the beaten track compared to typical tourism in Corfu. So if you enjoy a relaxed place and dgood food, it's really...
