Service is awfull, delivery times can vary from 30 to 1+ hours for a cup of coffee and a 2 min delivery time. Hit or miss if your coffee will be burnt or if its going to be completly different than the exact same order you got yesterday.

Their app is literal garbage. No inventory tracking, meaning that the specific store might not have what your ordered. They will either call you for an update even if you have already paid which is unacceptable or even worse they will just throw in whatever they feel like. Payment processing can take multiple attempts to work so you might have to prepare the same order twice or thrice and resent it. Their coupons are also disfunctional resulting in multiple refreshes for them to get activated or random (wrongly) invalid codes.

Every time I visit or I'm passing by there's litterally a new face in there. Their turn over rate is of the roof and this is obviously the main reason that their service...

This coffee shop has nice and cheap coffee.It's is one small caffee of the huge international caffee company on the area of Tumba. It's has nice and sometime relaxing envirment, one of the cheapest coffees on the area.This branch is one of the rarest to have chairs to sit.Usually most of them just dont have space to sit since the company in it's early years of promoted take away.Over all, I would consider it a very good place to...

Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει πέσει πολύ η ποιότητα του καφέ του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. Άπειρο προσωπικό και αγενές. Πρωινή παραγγελία μέσω του app. Και μετά από μια ώρα αναμονής, επικοινωνούμε με το κατάστημα, το οποίο είναι απόσταση λιγότερη από 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια, και με πολύ αγένεια η κοπέλα που απάντησε στο τηλέφωνο, φώναζε ότι η παραγγελία μας ήταν εκεί.. Δεν την έχουν πιάσει ακόμα. Της λέμε να την ακυρώσει, παρόλο που την είχαμε πληρωμένη μέσω του app. Χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε 2 φορές για να δούμε πώς γίνεται η διαδικασία.. Αλλά δεν ήξεραν να μας πουν. Στο app η παραγγελία φαίνεται ολοκληρωμένη ενώ εγώ την ακύρωσα. Το τί θα γίνει με την επιστροφή χρημάτων προφανώς θα το καταλάβουμε από την κίνηση στην τράπεζα. Θα έπρεπε η Coffee Island σαν εταιρεία να ελέγχει τα υποκαταστήματά της γιατί συμπεριφορές σαν αυτή χαλάνε τη γενικότερη εικόνα της. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να ελέγξει και την ποιότητα του καφέ που πουλάει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, γιατί δεν μπορεί σε άλλα 2 καταστήματα που τυχαίνει και παίρνουμε καφέ να είναι πάντοτε όλα οκ. Συμπέρασμα? Έχεις το app, αλλά αναγκάζεσαι να μην το χρησιμοποιείς, επειδή παραγγέλνεις τηλεφωνικά από κατάστημα που σέβεται και τον καφέ αλλά...
