One of the top 3 brunch places in Tinos island??… I would disagree and not recommend as there are way better places to visit. Thankfully the restaurant was pretty quiet and peaceful as we came in the morning but was quite dirty in the seating area (couch/table) I ordered the croque Madame as I thought would be a great choice since it is similar to the name of the restaurant. It turned out to be a complete disaster, dry dish with a hard cold cheesy bread and an over cooked egg on top with egg shells that were not removed. The salad on the side was full of dirt and was not washed. When I informed the waitress, her reply was that it is not the restaurant’s fault and that “the salad came from a supermarket vegetable brand bag”. I must also point out that the restaurant states on the menu that all the vegetables/fruits/etc. are locally grown and prepared on the spot. That is a complete lie according to the waitress’s claims. The restaurant did not take action nor responsibility for any of my complaints and proceeded with charging the full 50€ breakfast that we had. I have been coming to Tinos for the past 8 years, but after this experience I will definitely not come back nor will I ever recommend «κροκ μεσιε» to anyone. The location is very beautiful and the restaurant has a lot of potential but it is not worth more...

When you drive 30mins to the location, after checking a (seemed like) proper maintained Google profile and notice it is closed already, this is a bad experience. Even the smallest Taverns in Greece are able to change to "temporary closed" outside of season, to give visitors a heads-up. Not even a sign on the door. We won't come back!

EDIT due to the updated response: We decided to take the 30mins drive to visit your location due to a recommendation and the good reviews and these reviews show visitors that you give your best, but nevertheless we had a bad experience which could have been prevented by proper maintaining your opening hours. It takes 30secs and two clicks on the profile to mark it as (temporary) closed, did that for you btw. This could be a learning, but looks like honest feedback is not welcome here,...

I am only giving this place a 2 stars rating because the staff is super nice and welcoming, and because the atmosphere is quite nice...but i believe it's extremely overrated for what they offer.

We were a party of 5 and we ordered together and only two of us only got what they ordered and the rest had to wait around 40 mins to get what we ordered. I personally went up and spoke to them and they were quite understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. The food later arriver cold and i personally thought it was extremely simple for a 7 euros scrambled egg.

The staff did apologize again many times and they offered us what he had ordered for drinks, which was quite nice of them but merely expected.

Definitely an overrated,...
