We ate at this restaurant twice as the food was so exceptional and well priced.

For the first dinner I had slow cooked beef in ouzo with orzo which had delicious and delicate flavours, a tomato salad with feta, capers, giant dakos, locally grown artichokes and finished with homemade kaimaki ice cream with cherry spoon sweets and fruits from the garden of the restaurant - small plums and apricots which were incredibly fresh.

For the second meal I ate the artichokes (again), louza which is the local sausage, wild greens and main course of stuffed peppers and tomatoes all of which were delicious and just had to get the same dessert again.

I would highly recommend this restaurant (opposite the more famous and overpriced and overrated to thalassaki where we ate the first night but did not return to).

The service is warm and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional family-run restaurant, and it was a truly memorable experience. Everything here is fresh and local, showcasing the dedication and passion of the owners. The husband, who is the chef, prepares each dish with great care, while the wife provides the most friendly and attentive service I have ever enjoyed.

From the lemons to the capers, everything is homemade, adding a unique and delightful touch to each meal. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a genuine and delicious dining experience.

As someone with a strong gluten intolerance, I was very impressed by how well they handled my dietary needs. The hostess knew exactly what I could eat, making sure I had a safe and delicious meal. Thank you...

Today we spontaneously managed to get a table for 13 people after enjoying our first refreshing Easter swim in the sea and soaking up the sun. We had an absolutely fantastic meal — everything is homemade, and you can truly taste the love and care in each dish. The taverna is run by a very warm and welcoming family, which adds to the charm of the place.

We especially enjoyed a wonderful white wine called Omikron. Every dish we tried was delicious, and we can wholeheartedly recommend the entire menu. Unlike some of the tavernas located directly on the seafront, this one is slightly set back — but the prices are extremely fair, and the quality far superior.

We spent a beautiful afternoon in the company of friends and want to extend a heartfelt thank you for the hospitality. Warm greetings from...

We arrived here after being unable to get into a restaurant a few miles up the hill. What a fortunate turn of events! We were welcomed by this beautiful restaurant and the warmest smile from Margarita, one of the owners. She and her husband, who I believe is the chef, own the place together. She was very informative about where the food came from, explaining that everything was organic and locally produced. The cheese, cured in pumpkin for six months, was outrageously good. The pork loin was incredibly tender; I’ve never tasted pork like it. We left as very happy customers, and Margetria made the experience even more special with her kindness and energy. P.S. Don’t miss the homemade local ice cream, it’s amazing. We hope to see you again soon xx

after 9 years of eating here every summer my family and I have NEVER been disappointed. the dishes are fresh and delicious and the service is just as quick as it is pleasant. do not forget to ask for the daily specials which are always excellent. a swing will keep your children busy while waiting, and you will surely have the chance to meet the village cats who really like this restaurant! you will eat on a shaded terrace under the songs of cicadas and shelter from the wind. Your leftovers will be kept and given to the cats at the end of the day, 0 waste and happy little ones!
