Fou Fou Tinos — Restaurant in Municipality of Tinos

We had a very disappointing experience here. I called ahead to check availability and was reassured that a table would be reserved for us. After a 20-minute walk from where we parked, we arrived and explained the situation to a member of staff, only to be told (very dismissively) that no such reservation existed. Instead, we were told we would have to wait at least half an hour and “maybe” they could find us a spot. All comments over a month old involve the now closed restaurant "Isternia". The new restaurant "FOU-FOU" which opened in Spring 2024 is a delightful, family friendly tavern which serves the most fresh, local produce with a breathtaking view and amazing and friendly hosts with years of culinary experience.

My favourite dish is fillet sheep. Its might sound unconventional but it became number one on my list of favs in the island.

Unfortunately, likewise 3 years ago, as today, the rude beardy guy on the reception pretentiously of not existing available tables while the restaurant was half way full and he didn't allow us to take a lunch/dinner before sunset. It's not the issue that the restaurant might have indeed a lot of reservations at that time rather the bad manners and the "pose attitude of the receptionist guy".
