Loocoomades — Restaurant in Municipality of Tinos

I want to be clear that I chose this place purely because it was close to the port. therefore, I cannot bash it about its location since it might not be the best but it is certainly convenient. My issue was with the food because it didn't feel fresh on the catalog. they say that the mixer for the pancakes is being made daily and that might be true but it just didn't feel like that when it was served. Coffee wasn't as well the best that I had unfortunately but I cannot judge it on that because it's not the place you would go to grab coffee in many cases. The service felt disoriented a bit, it was full to be fair, but it seemed like the kitchen was preparing food for other places as well or coffee etc making the whole scene a bit confusing. I will list everything that went wrong:

1. Three of our items never came so we had to cancel one of them and remind the waiter to bring the other two
2. Some of the food was pretty good (like the waffles) but my burger was so overcooked that well done would be an understatement since it was literally brittle and falling apart
3. Instead of making up for the lack of service the waiter just told us he would not charge us the item that we canceled, but it turns out he had charged us anyway

Me and my friends visited Loocoomades during our stay in Tinos and I can say with certainty that it was the worst experience we had in Tinos. Horrible and unprofessional service and disgusting food. We ordered a club sandwich that had too much sauce and was greasy. Around 10 minutes later we returned it stating the above as the reasons why we did not like it. In the meantime we experienced maybe the WORST customer service. I requested for a napkin and the waiter brought the WHOLE PACKAGE of napkins and ask me to pick one.
