An experience not to be missed! Our dinner with Alexander was perfection! Everything served was so incredibly fresh and sourced from the beautiful island of Tinos. Our menu consisted of mainly vegetables and seafood, which were incredibly delicious. My husband and I were hosted at Alexander’s home, in a beautiful backyard setting. Alexander was fantastic! Our Farm To Table experience was perfect. Alex was super responsive via email about our menu options and the communication was really quick and easy. We (group of 6) has Alexander to come to our holiday home and cook dinner. The food was fresh, we had so much of it (lots leftover for lunch the next day which was a treat) and was fun to try new dishes - some unique to Tinos. We’re a group of 12 from Chicago/New York, and we sought out a local chef to help prepare a meal out our villa versus going out - and it was a great decision.
