The best spot to eat, drink and have a good relaxing time in Tinos, by far!!! Wether you come for brunch or lunch, you will have the best mixture of local, daily freshly prepared platters that will for sure be the highlight of your day😍
Grandfather's breakfast: This breakfast platter consists of 2 sunny side up fried eggs along with a delicious selection of local tinian cheese, "Louza" slices of delicious meat and sweet grapes. Once assembled on fluffy bread slices, you would taste Tinos in a bite! Super delicious, sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy! It's not done yet! You also get a bowl of Greek yogurt topped with local honey sirup that mix so well so that you get a healthy, light sweet note at the end of your meal!
All in all, it is a place to DEFINITELY check out when you are in Tinos, mouthwatering food, serene and cosy setup, dreamy scenery!
The owners, Kyriakos and Karolina are the nicest ever! They are attentive to details, work with love, and take very good care of their customers. The staff and the waiters are the most friendly, and last but not least, a huge thank you to the talented chef!!!
Thank you for the unique experience!
NB: you also get a free parking place! This is a big plus in Tinos, especially in the...
Read moreThis restaurant is in a very nice location (befitting it’s name), a true balcony over the Aegean. Food is ok - but uneven: some of the salads are simply brilliant (the Cycladic and the spanakopita-inspired one are really great), the meat dishes are ok, seafood not so much - the grill is too aggressive and ends up with sardines and calamari being burnt. We asked to replace them and they did (and the second time the result was much improved). I therefore would not have mentioned this in my review if it wasn’t for one of the staff trying to persuade me that burnt is the way they do sardines in these parts. A pity really. Other than that the staff are polite and accommodating so I put this down to a momentary lapse of judgment. Prices are ok but, again, uneven for the portions provided. Bottom line: a place with significant potential in a beautiful location, still trying to get...
Read moreOne of the best new entries on the island (it's the old "Konaki" restaurant under a new name and different management). We already knew the view was amazing, but we also loved what they did to revamp the design. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the service was friendly. The only reason it doesn't get the full 5 stars was the delay between the appetizers and main courses, and the fact that the salad greens (vlita) were underseasoned and lacking dressing. When we asked for some olive oil drizzled on the salad (which it shouldn't have left the kitchen without), we were informed that it came with an extra charge. A small complaint, but it diminished the otherwise wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is new and there's always room for improvement, so hopefully our next visit will be...
