Guest Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Velo and Vocha

I sent my husband with my little toddler and my brother in-law to eat and they came back shocked. They had sit outside because they are smoking cigarettes inside the place even if this is against the law. They waited half an hour to order food. And when the waiter came with their food he took my son's full cup of hot chocolate without asking. When my husband realised it and went to ask the chocolate they gave him back a half empty cup. Terrible experience from beginning to end. A list of things that made the experience terrible;

Smoking inside despite this practice being prohibited Waiting 30 minutes to order food on a quiet weekday evening My toddlers barely touched chocolate drink being taken and thrown away. Then asked for it to be returned. Rather than replacing the drink they returned the thrown away drink. I tried to rectify the situation in private by phone but was met with an unprofessional response with no responsibility taken. Customer is never right appears to be their policy
