Bad coffee. In a very crowded place with cars passing all the time. No option to sit inside so everyone around is smoking. There were two mistakes in our order. Food was not good. Pistachio shouldn’t be lime green.

Θα σχολιάσω ωστόσο την αγένεια και το θράσος με το οποίο μας πλησιάσατε στο μαγαζί. Δεν ήρθατε με διάθεση να καταλάβετε γιατί αφήσαμε τέτοια κριτική, αλλά με διάθεση να επιτεθείτε. Ναι, δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε κάτι για την τοποθεσία του μαγαζιού, αυτό όμως δεν αλλάζει το γεγονός ότι αποτελεί ένα μειονέκτημα. Το κάπνισμα είναι νόμιμο στους εξωτερικούς χώρους ναι, αλλά νομίζω το 2024 μπορούμε να μην κρυβόμαστε πίσω από νόμους και να βρούμε τρόπο να προφυλάξουμε τουλάχιστον παιδιά και εγκύους (μιλάω και ως γιατρός και ως έγκυος γυναίκα). Αυτά που ωστόσο θα έπρεπε να σας απασχολήσουν περισσότερο από την κριτική, είναι το φαγητό που προσφέρετε. Μπορώ να σας πω ειλικρινά ότι το φύλλο της κρέπας σας είναι πολύ καλό (παρόλο που είχα ζητήσει βάφλα), αλλά και οι δυο πραλινες που δοκιμάσαμε δυστυχώς δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε αυτό που περιμέναμε. Δεν αμφισβητώ ότι είναι χειροποίητες, αυτό όμως δεν εγγυάται το ότι είναι νόστιμες. Και οι δυο ήταν υπερβολικά γλυκές με αποτέλεσμα να υπερισχύει η γεύση της ζάχαρης έναντι οποιουδήποτε άλλου συστατικού. Και πιστεύω ότι οποιοσδήποτε έχει δοκιμάσει σωστή πραλίνα από φυστίκι αιγίνης θα καταλάβει τι εννοώ. Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα βέβαια στην όλη εμπειρία ήταν η συμπεριφορά σας. Αν μας προσεγγίζετε με άλλη διάθεση θα τα συζητούσαμε μαζί σας όλα αυτά, και μπορεί να σβήναμε και το review. Καταλαβαίνουμε ότι είστε νέα επιχείρηση και χρειάζεστε χρόνο να βρείτε τα πατήματα σας. Ήρθαμε με κάθε καλή διάθεση να στηρίξουμε ένα νέο μαγαζί της γειτονιάς μας και δυστυχώς φύγαμε...

Whenever we go around penteli, we get our coffee from this nice shop. My husband and I love the Freddo Espresso here, the sandwiches are nicely prepared. I love the pistachio roll, it isn’t overly sweet. The service is great and I just like to see people looking like they enjoy what they do. It’s admirable and definitely gives you higher quality of service. My 3-year-old would even talk about it daily, wanting to go there and sit there. Generally good vibes, nice people and great food.
