Mekanın ve yorumların güzel olmasına kanarak tercih ettik. Öğle yemeği için sipariş verdiğimizde 1 saat bekletildik. Bu süre içerisinde sahilde oturan bir kadın da sinirle mutfağa gidip elinde yemekle döndüğü için servisin genel olarak yavaş olduğunu düşünmüştük. Fakat bir saatin sonunda bize hala bilgi vermedikleri için siparişlerimizi sormak için garson çağırmak istedik. Bizimle ilgilenen garson iki kere bir dakika diyerek başka masaya gitti bir daha gelmedi. En son başka bir garsona sorduğumuzda hazırlanıyor dedi. Üzerinden yarım saat daha geçtikten sonra şimdi hazırlanmaya başladığını söyledi. Bu süre zarfında da bizi oyaladıkları için denize de girememiş olup 2 saatimizi sıcakta aç bekleyerek geçirdik. Siparişlerimizi yazmayı unuttuklarında özür dileyip ne istemiştiniz demek yerine hazırlanıyor hazırlanıyor diye yoktan yere beklettiler. Bu olayın üzerine başka mekana geçmek istediğimizde de beklerken içtiğimiz bir biranın da yüzsüz gibi parasını istediler. Vatera deniz açısından çok güzel bir sahil ama keyifli bir tatil için diğer beachleri tercih etmenizi öneririm. Hata yapılabilir ama tavırlar çok yanlış.

We chose this place based on its look and positive reviews. But, when we ordered lunch, we were kept waiting for an hour. During that time, we noticed a woman sitting on the beach going to the kitchen with anger, then return with her own food—so we assumed the service was generally slow.

However, after an hour had passed without any update, we tried to ask about our order. The waiter who was responsible for our table told us “just a minute” twice and went to serve other tables—he never came back. Eventually, we asked another waiter, who told us the food was being prepared. Thirty minutes later, waiter told that the kitchen had just started preparing it.

Because they kept waiting us, we couldn't even go for a swim, and waited hungry under the hot sun for two hours. Instead of apologizing and simply saying, “We forgot your order, what would you like?”—they kept saying “it's coming, it's being prepared,” and wasted our time.

When we finally decided to leave and go somewhere else, they shamelessly asked us to pay for the one beer we had drunk while waiting.

Vatera is a beautiful beach, but if you're looking to enjoy your vacation, I recommend choosing one of the other beach spots in Vatera. Mistakes might be—but the attitude here was...

Denizin güzel olması dışında VASAT diyebilirim. Denizin de işletmeyle ilgisi olmadığı için genel olarak VASAT bir mekan. Şezlonglardan sipariş veriyoruz çok geç ve eksik geliyor buna ek olarak yemek yemek için oturduğumuz yerde 1 saate yakın bekledik, siparişimiz nerede kaldı diye sorduktan sonra mutfak çok yoğun isterseni iptal edelim cevabını aldık. Hayır biz bekliyoruz dedikten 15 dakika sonra hazırlanıyor dediler ve beklemeye devam ettik, sağolsunlar 1 saat 15 dakika sonra 1 su ikram ettiler. Aradan 40 dakika geçtikten sonra yemeğiniz şimdi hazırlanmaya başlayacak ne söylemiştiniz diye sordular. Biz verdiğimiz siparişi mutfağa söyleyi unuttuğunu düşünerek ne sipariş vermiştik diye sorduğumuzda cevap alamadık. Bizi 2 saat boyunca boşu boşuna beklettiler ve her an yemek gelebilir düşüncesiyle denize bile giremedik. 20 dakikada 1 duşta serinlememize rağmen yanımıza gelip bir şey ister misiniz diye sormadılar. Korkunç bir deneyim yaşamak isterseniz, buyrun gelin ve korkunç bir gün geçirin.

Apart from its beauty, I can say it’s MEDIOCRE. Since Deniz has nothing to do with the management, overall it’s a MEDIOCRE place. When ordering from the sunbeds, the service is very slow and incomplete. Additionally, when we sat down to eat, we waited for almost an hour. When we asked where our order was, they said, “The kitchen is very busy, you can cancel it if you want.” We said we would wait, and 15 minutes later they told us it was being prepared, so we continued waiting. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, they kindly offered us a bottle of water. Then, 40 minutes later, someone came and said, “We’re about to start preparing your food — what was your order again?” When we asked them what we had ordered — suspecting they never even passed our order to the kitchen — we got no answer. They made us wait for 2 hours for nothing, and we couldn’t even go into the sea, thinking the food might arrive at any moment.
