Glyfa cafe — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

The setting of this taverna is undeniably charming right by the beach, with a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the location. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing and were met with disappointed looks, no smiles, and no warmth something that’s very rare in Paros, where hospitality is usually wonderful. The service felt uninterested. The food was below average. The fries were inedible, and when I mentioned it, the staff simply nodded in agreement without offering an apology or any follow-up. The “Margarita” I ordered wasn’t even close to an actual Margarita, which added to the disappointment. To make matters worse, the prices are very high for the quality offered.
