Top notch experience, lovely space, friendly owners and staff, AMAZING food. One of the best restaurants on any Greek island, imo.

Try the Trypas salad for the local goat cheese, the onion pie to-die-for, anything they might have on that day with zucchini, the delicious fava, the dishes with goat meat (imagine I recommend goat meat dishes, without being a goat meat lover, this is how good these dishes are), and the small and big fish -they grill them to perfection. One more tip: the raw fish/sushi type dish is an absolute delight and the best kick-off to your meal!

Upon arrival at Arkoi, this taverna looked very colourful and inviting. The food on offer - basic and traditional fare - and service didn't disappoint. Staff is friendly yet professional, the atmosphere relaxed. They loose 1 star because of the fact they're a bit pushy to get you in. I already made up my mind I wanted to eat there; these practices have an adverse effect on people nowadays. I would recommend the management to leave this behind - people will come in anyway. I certainly will on my next visit to Arkoi - I've spent a lovely, quiet afternoon...

The meat balls undercooked, the plater was not for 8 people and the bill was too high for the plater they provided.. the tiropitakia nothing too special.
