Having heard some quite nice things about this restaurant, we finally decided to give it a go. In the entrance, members of the staff were there to welcome us and show us the way to our table. Although, to be honest, there is no “bad” table in this restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine, “androniki’s pie” and a double T-bone steak. The infamous “androniki’s pie” is a dish with fried potatoes with feta cheese and two big egg yolks on the top. It was really flavorful and enjoyable! The steak was cooked very nicely and was cut in front of us by one of the waiters, which was impressive! Once we were done lunching, we were offered with some yogurt with chocolate and cookie crumbs on top, which was really nice and fitted quite nicely with the whole meal. To wrap things up, Sta Kala Kathoumena is a very nice restaurant, with many great aspects and it definitely deserves a shot. I recommend opting for a table on the top floor, as the view there is very rewarding, especially in the summertime! The ensure staff was extremely accommodating and the overall dining experience was nothing short of wonderful. Jorge, in particular, was a huge part of this wonderful experience. Jorge was extremely attentive to our dining experience, and ensured we were satisfied every step of the way. We ordered the bavette & picanha steaks, each steak was 500 grams.
