The owner and his family are incredibly welcoming, making you feel like you're dining at a close friend's home.

What stood out to me the most, aside from the delicious food, was how kid-friendly the restaurant is. It's the perfect spot for families. Plus, they’ve gone above and beyond with the little details—like providing a box of toiletries in the women's restroom, including pads, hairspray, and deodorant. A classic meat tavern in the picturesque village of Agios Prodromos. Agios Prodromos is famous for taverns who offer a specific dish, grilled pork skewers. In Grill Diogenis the food was tasty, proper portions and reasonable prices. Pork skewers were delicious, tender and with the proper analogy of meat and fat. I believe that the decoration inside the tavern is a little outdated. On the contrary, the toilets were renovated, spacious and very clean. This is a great, laid back, family run restaurant that serves some excellent food. We ordered the tzatziki, 5x souvlaki, an order of kebabs, and the scorched cheese; more than enough for two people. While it was all really good, the scorched cheese (cheese spread mixed with peppers) was the star of the show and went great with the house white wine. The owners are a very nice, laid back couple who alternated between running the restaurant and parenting their daughter and her friend, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere.
