Simply the best place to have your morning coffee, breakfast or brunch at Skiathos. Wonderful location out in nature accompanied by the monastery's dogs and cats, seatings on the grass with a magnificent view and the sun shining down on you. What else do you need? They have great breakfast options, snacks and drinks including things they produce. The service is very friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable and the product quality is very very good. Everything we had was awesome. Paradise on earth ? Maybe....

Arrived to be told it’s “table service” - subsequently sat there for 30 minutes being totally ignored by the staff - even a lovely French couple ended up asking for a menu for us as they noticed how long we’d been there.

To top it off - a little girl (presumably lives there or is one of the staffs as they kept speaking to her) was chasing the chickens around and being nasty to them - trying to kick them and throw things at them.

amazing café. they are cooking authentic greek coffee and they also cook very nice cappuccino. they have a bunch of tasty desserts, their baklava is great and also pretty large for it's price (for 15€ we got two large coffees and two cakes. which is reasonable for skiathos standards). place has very warm atmosphere and a lot of animals in the garden. we met a few quaills and kitties in the garden. all the animals were very friendly. if you are visiting the monastery, you should come to this café and try...
