Retselis Restaurant — Restaurant in Thermaikos Municipality

The food is great, atmosphere as well with a nice view of the sea , but I give 1 star for service as we noticed that we have been charged much More than in The Menu that we had initally when we arrived… but they have not charged for all items that we ate.. for example for the cheese crochets price was ok on final receipt also for the Fried zucchini price was ok but they over charghe for pasta which was 14.90 on menu and they added 4 mode euro at the end…like 18.90 euro final.. this price was nowhere in the menu . also they overcharged the Baby calamari fried.. .with 3 euro more plus more of them and when I asked the lady, plus some some other .. she said I don’t know and come then very quick with another Receipt saying that she served us with an old menu.. which was not true…. I would always leave tip but this time not! Never happened this to us to be overchaged more than 10£… have not even apologised. I love greece but I will never come back to this restaurant. Anyway fish plates were quite small / but if you want a big plate/ order pasta/ not octopus not calamari. 🦑 I have ate much much better in other places. At the end they gave some free donuts with icecream, which was nice but after this we noticed bill was so overpriced.. and lady did not seem to be honest. Octopus plates was...

Wir haben unser Jubiläum hier gefeiert und uns leider mehr erhofft. Der Empfang war freundlich und aufmerksam, wir bekamen den besten Tisch mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer – ein toller Start. Der Aperol Spritz war lecker, die Käsebällchen mit Tomatenmarmelade in Ordnung.

Leider war das Essen insgesamt enttäuschend:

Pommes: sehr dunkel, lappig und lauwarm → zurückgegeben.

Muschel-Saganaki: eher eine dünne Suppe ohne richtigen Muschelgeschmack, eher wie Tiefkühlware → zurückgegeben.

Sardinen-Saganaki: solide, aber nichts Besonderes.

Salat des Hauses: Grüner, etwas welker Salat mit Croutons, ein Hauch an Parmesankäse und kaum Tomatini sowie einige lecker frittierte Kabeljaustücke – trotz des Kabeljaus, war der Preis von 15 € eher enttäuschend.

Aufstriche: bestellten Taramas gab es nicht, stattdessen Auberginencreme. Tzatziki fast nur Joghurt, kaum Gurke; kaum Knoblauch. Tirokafteri war recht scharf, lecker und empfehlenswert. Die Auberginencreme war mehr Creme als Aubergine.

Boujourdi: ohne Olivenöl, Oregano oder Pfeffer, geschmacklich sehr trocken und flach.

Die gegrillten Sardinen und die frittierten Calamares waren gut zu bereitet und lecker. Genau wie die gebratenen Zucchini.

Beim Wein wurden uns normale Weingläser gebracht, die nicht einmal halbvoll waren - ungefähr eine Fingerbreite unter der Hälfte (für ca. 5 € pro Glas). Nach Reklamation gab es neue, großzügigere Gläser aufs Haus. Das war fair gelöst.

Preislich lagen wir bei ca. 115 € für 2 Personen – für die gebotene Qualität eindeutig zu hoch. Auch ein kleines Dessert aufs Haus, wie sonst in Griechenland üblich, gab es nicht.

Fazit: Wunderschöne Lage, freundlicher Empfang, aber die Küche bleibt weit hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Für diesen Preis in Michaniona leider nicht...

Έκανα το λάθος και πήγα και φέτος 2η φορά ,ανημερα 15Αυγουστου. Ο κόσμος όχι πολύς για να δικαιολογήσει τα όσα θα ακολουθήσουν (που και κόσμο να είχε πολύ, μια επιχείρηση με τόσα χρόνια εμπειρίας υποτίθεται δεν λογαριάζει από τέτοια ). Το φαγητό αξιοπρεπές. Η εξυπηρέτηση και η συνολική εμπειρία είναι από τις χειρότερες (δις) που έχω ζήσει σε εστιατόριο. Καθίσαμε στο τραπέζι, χρειάστηκε να κάνουμε νόημα 3 φορές ώστε να έρθουν να μαζέψουν και να στρώσουν. Κατάλογοι δεν υπήρχαν, έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε άλλες τόσες φορές. Ακόμη περισσότερες φορές φωνάξαμε εντέλει για να παραγγείλουμε. Προσέξτε τώρα , ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΙΛΑΜΕ ΣΧΕΔΟΝ ΜΙΑ ΩΡΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΑΦΙΞΗ ΜΑΣ. Τα πιάτα άρχισαν να έρχονται από την ΔΕΥΤΕΡΗ ΩΡΑ και μετά, με ακατανόητη σειρά, ένα εδώ, ένα εκεί, με στιγμές που στο τραπέζι έχεις ξέρω γω μόνο πατάτες, μετά μόνο τυροσαλατα κλπ. Παράπονα ακούγαμε και από τα υπόλοιπα τραπέζια όπως βλέπαμε και συνεχή νοήματα για τα αυτονόητα,για τα οποία φυσικά έπρεπε να περιμένεις.

Πήγαμε και σήμερα, η εμπειρία μια από τα ίδια, με ακόμη λιγότερο κόσμο, ούτε κατά διάνοια αυτό που φαντάζεται κανείς για τέτοια ημέρα, νορμάλ πράγματα καμία 15αρια τραπέζια. Οι χρόνοι ήταν λίγο βελτιωμένοι, αλλά η εμπειρία το ίδιο τραγική. Ζήτα να σου μαζέψουν το τραπέζι, ζήτα κατάλογο,ζήτα να παραγγείλεις, ζήτα να έρθει κάτι να φας. Στο τέλος, 45 λεπτά αφότου είχαμε τελειώσει το φαγητό, έρχεται το παλικάρι και λέει "το χταποδακι σας". Φυσικά το αρνηθηκαμε. Γλυκό δεν κέρασαν ενώ έβλεπα στα υπόλοιπα τραπέζια κερνούσαν. Απόδειξη νόμιμη δεν υπήρχε στον φάκελο που δώσαμε με τα χρήματα, δεν την ζήτησα γιατί ήταν η τελευταία φορά που πήγα .

Συγγνώμη για το κατεβατο αλλά υποτίθεται πρόκειται για εστιατόριο με τόσα χρόνια στον χώρο και η όλη εξυπηρέτηση δεν θυμίζει, ΕΙΝΑΙ...
