Unacceptable service by the bartender and the waitresses! Waitresses and bartenders not familiar with payment options with a U.S credit card (Apple Card). I was sat at the outdoor patio where I was getting soaked by the waves. Later on I moved to the bar where at some point I was asked by the bartender to move to a different spot??????? Unacceptable behaviour to a paying customer!!!! I ordered a Johny Walker red label and I was told that they only serve Black label or above, i.e. forcing the customer to pay the additional higher price of a Black Label. And that was not all. There is an extra charge for one large piece of ice cube whilst there is no extra charge for 2-3 pieces of the regular size ice-cubes!!!! What? Unacceptable at all levels!

Nice place, right on the beach with a beautiful view, all wasted due to the service personnel having unbelievably low level of education and intelligence! Will never go back!! Stay away from...

When we arrived at the place and asked for a place for two people, the woman at the entrance told us that there wasn't one and sent us to some tables on the beach which was a lie since there were many tables available inside. Because we were wearing nice shoes we told them that we didn’t want to walk in the sand and then they said go inside maybe there is a place. There were more than 10 tables available. Then we saw how in every young person who arrived was done the same thing, I don't know why judge the age of people when we all come to consume the same as everyone else( mind you we are 25), I would like to clear that it was not because of my dress code because my girlfriend and I came dressed decently (better than most of the people there) conclusion is that I felt bad and it ruined the good vibe I had, I will not come...

I asked for a Jonny Walker red label and Ibwasntold they only serve black label, so indirectly forcing me to pay for a black label. I asked for onky large piece of ice instead of 2-3 pieces of regular size ice cubes and I was told the one larger size ice cube is going to come with extra charge! Unheard of!!!

Poor choice of low level educated and low intelligence personnel!!! which ultimately will cost have a high cost to the business! No reason to go back! Stay away from...
