I was invited there for my friend’s birthday and I arrived with my partner. The first thing we noticed was that there were no available chairs for us. We asked the staff for chairs and the answer was that there were not any left. A lot of people were standing for this reason. So we understood that the place was overcrowded and everything would be crippled… but how much? I asked the staff to order, they instantly ignored me, although they heard me and saw me because they passed right next to me. I couldn’t understand why. I started to catch a feeling like I was the waiter asking if I could order and the waiter herself had become the customer, just not even caring. After two or three attempts of summoning someone we finally got our first round of cocktails, not chairs though, no water. After some minutes my girlfriend asks for a bottle of water. They say “right away”. It never appeared. So after forty-five minutes she goes into the bar and changes the scene to self service. Of course, our night had taken a turn for the worst and we thought it would be eventually better to leave after all and continue elsewhere to elevate our night again. So we asked for the check. My friend asks a staff employee to pay and he says “I will call somebody right away”. He never called anyone. He was just strolling around making a fiesta of his night. Read moreAn absolute nightmare...where do i begin?...the service was so slow, a one legged turtle with half a brain could have run circles around the ridiculous, young, ostrich eyed staff, that was running around with their eyes closed, the food was a C category experience, at most, ordering 2 ribeyes, and receiving 2 mediocre, cold steaks was a complete letdown. Each steak had 4 hard boiled potatoes undercooked and 2 asparagus sticks. One of the steaks had 1.5 asparagus's!!.... moving on to the appetizers, 2 beef carpaccio's at a 2 euro per piece level...but they charged an arm's length, because they could. My sister ordered a pina colada, and it came in a clear liquid form!!!! What???...she asked why and they said it was the barmans take on what a pina colada should be!!....By the way, she ordeed a malibu drink, and they came back and told her they had no pineapple!!!....The final straw was when we left and i got into my convertible, it was absolutely covered in 2 inches of dust!!!!.... We ordered meze, tonnato salad, shrimp, squid, pasta with tuna bacon and sea bass, everything was excellent well cooked and with great flavour. If I had to make a comment based on my personal likes and dislikes I would wish for some extra acidity in the squid and the pasta with tuna bacon was very salty for me but my husband loved it.
