Service The waiters are annoyingly sullen face. Although we didn't come at a busy hour, they avoid making eye contact. They serve as if throwing the food on the table.

Wrong Order & Cold Food One of the orders came wrong and we couldn't object because of this attitude. (Cheese croquette instead of craplilke) The sardines were just as soggy and greasy. The cheese of the cheese stuffed squid was not melted and it was cold. (See the picture below)

Working Conditions I hope you will improve the working conditions of your waiters or they will find another job where they can be happy.

So many places to eat in this town and we unfortunately got lunch at this place next to our hotel. Asked for ice…. Didn’t come. Asked for butter for the bread when we ordered. Didn’t come. We came here following the good reviews but our experience was disappointing. Except the nice location, food was mediocre. We ordered 5 different dishes, in the end the only tasty stuff was the french fries. Shrimps were so boiled that their taste was almost like puree, grilled beef was very dry, lamb chops i threw away 80% because they were only fat, i literally tasted 3 pieces of meat from the whole portion.
