A wander place after walking all the way up via Scala of Vradeto. The most typical Greek, tiny, old fashioned tavern, with magnificent view to the mountains, on the small market of the empty village. For more than 10 days we are testing local dishes in tavern for locals and this place offered best food so far. Not a big menu selection but stewed feta with local Greek salad, lamb and chicken souvlaki, staffed zucchini flowers and local "paea". All fresh, simple and served by very friendly Konstandina. Wish to stay there longer. The atmosphere as if the time has stopped there. No crowds, just unforgettable...

But they charged us 20 Euros(!) for a vegetable pie, fries, beans, salad, bread and a soft drink for 2 people. Far more expensive than anything we've paid in Greece so far. Understood that there's not a lot of income during the off-season but even considering tourists pay a bit more, this was a rip-off. Ask what the prices are...

I was lucky enough to eat here with someone who knew the owner and we were treated exceptionally well but I don't doubt we would have been treated without knowing them. I can't say much about the food, just check the photos but to be concise, it was amazing!
