Absolutely beautiful location, to match its divine food, it exemplifies a real taste of Zakynthos and the staff are absolutely beautiful people who I have grown to love and cherish. The tavern i see is visited every night and these people that come i can assure u always leave smiling and not forgetting the taste of the beautiful food made for years to come. Its hygienic and is run professionally but Dennis and his family, for a family business this is one of the best restaurants around the world and for me i could say the best on the island and in Greece. It also invites us with a view in the direction of the town of Zakynthos which is beautiful while having a divine Greek dish with your family along with traditional Greek dancing where tourists can also jump in and have fun! Very affordable and delicious food. For less then €20 a head you can have a dinner with an appetizer, a bottle of water, some bread with spread and drinks. Just be aware that the daily special is a bit more 'pricey', but still very affordable.

All of these come in generous portions that will fill you to the brim. Our sausage and pork appetizers seemed to consist of more meat then the mains, where the mains were definitely not small either.

Pair this with a attentive staff, gorgeous sitting area with a beautiful view. I'm quick to forgive the quads and trucks coming by every so often, they did not take away much from the experience.

I can honestly say we had a great evening and meal, as a party of 8 we were very much looked after. The live music and dance show (Saturday nights) was amazing. The serving staff were all super friendly. The food was amazing, I (we) would highly recommend this restaurant and my biggest top tip if you are a party of 4+ book in advance during the day. The restaurant is always busy which is another great sign. Value was also amazing and did not feel in any way that it was expensive. Top Pic for the the area.
