Zefki Leeda's Slow Living — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

The chef indicates to book your table beforehand, this way they know for how many to cook. Food is amazing, fresh. First day we went around 5pm and they close the place between 5 and 7pm, when they open for dinner. We still got some food which was amazing gyros and tomatoes salad with pesto and pine seeds. Second time we went for dinner and they cooked grilled octopus and u have to try the musaca. Really tasty. Dishes are almost like Michelin star quality 👌. The place is really bohemian, olive tree yard with view over the sea, bosanova music and water sound from swimming pool. Is a small place, only few tables, but has a special charm. Also if you walk there, as we did from Gloria Maris hotel, you get to enjoy the pitoresc walk through the olive...

We came to the „bbq fish event“ and honestly at the end of the event we stayed disappointed: first of all, the positioning of the restaurant does not correspond with reality. Very basic menu, no „personal touch“ in dishes and very poor service… We weren’t informed about the fish we eat, the sauce, we were serving wine on our own. Total lack of basic communication with guests even though the waiters were nice. The dishes were coming one after another (literally 1 minute in between). We felt it was rather expensive for what it is.

Very nice place and delicious food! We shared four dishes and a dessert with two people, it's a bit of shared dining. Everything tasted perfect, good portions and very good prices for what you get. Moreover, it is wonderfully quiet and you have a beautiful view of the sea from the mountains. The menu looks different every day, as the food is prepared with fresh products from their own farm. And lastly, the service was also very friendly and fast. For us, really the discovery of our holiday!

As an extra, three very sweet kittens were walking around with their mother cat: fun entertainment...
