Only ordered drinks since we were waiting for our boat ride to dinner on Anse La Roche with Tim. Had a great visit with Leslie Anne, the Carriacou Dash blended drink went down WAY too easily, delicious. I wish these places had more posted schedules so we know when to come. Great little cheerful spot!

As always a trip to La Playa Beach Bar & Bistro is delightful. Today I had the shaved lobster salad perfectly prepared and well presented. Great food good pricees and a relaxing atmosphere.

Positives: Nice view. Decent food.

Negatives: The staff was rude. Never gave us a menu. Then, when we asked what was in the menu, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to say what they had in the most annoyed tone. When getting the bill, the CC machine wasn't working. I tried to tell her, and she berated that I wasn't using the machine correctly. Finally, when she did it, because I was clearly incompetent in her eyes, she said it was the internet not working like it...

La Playa Beach Bar is a paradise place, right on the beach with the sea lapping below you. It offers good food and the owner is absolutely delightful, a brilliant cook, informative and has a wonderful sense of humour. This bar needs to be visited at least once a day when you are...
