Tucked away off the main road in the capital is Country Kitchen. It has become my kitchen whenever I’m in Grenada. Try their delicious Patriot soup which is a hearty soup loaded with provisions, pigtails, tripe, head skin and/or chicken/Turkey. A must is also their beef or lambi roti.
