Fairways by Red Crab — Restaurant in Grenada

To write just excellent sells this restaurant way short of what it really offers.

Firstly Colette, the chef's and barman's names both of which escape me right now are a tight knit team that produce some of the best food on the island with excellent friendly service with a great view of the golf course and beyond.

I had the Classic Eggs Benedict with, you know the type, that delicious cured Christmas ham, sweet salty but still succulent and tender and it was a decent portion perfectly poached eggs and a twist with crumbled feta cheese and an avocado salsa.

I also had the seafood crepe which was stuffed with fresh seafood and a light cheese sauce served with fresh bread and butter.

The views from the restaurant certainly aids digestion watching golfers on the manicured greens after a hearty brunch.

We live in Grenada and Fairways by Red Crab is THE place to dine - if you can get in. It's that good!
