Firstly Colette, the chef's and barman's names both of which escape me right now are a tight knit team that produce some of the best food on the island with excellent friendly service with a great view of the golf course and beyond.
I had the Classic Eggs Benedict with, you know the type, that delicious cured Christmas ham, sweet salty but still succulent and tender and it was a decent portion perfectly poached eggs and a twist with crumbled feta cheese and an avocado salsa.
I also had the seafood crepe which was stuffed with fresh seafood and a light cheese sauce served with fresh bread and butter.
The views from the restaurant certainly aids digestion watching golfers on the manicured greens after a hearty brunch.
