Dank u voor het heerlijke voedsel, met liefde en respect klaar gemaakt! Belgiƫ,daughters mum, ! Richard Maxwell,Wendy, please drive safely on the road,do not drink alcohol while being pregnant, while nursing Maxwell, rather make a holistic African brandewijn tart, ask my book in your Father's stolen library ,paid with my hearty savings back, brandewijn tart is a nutty, whole sum tart ,made with deeds, oker notentaart, with a small amount of meal, water and egg, made in aluminium holder, takes only a half hour to make, take safely the aluminium, household folie, out of the oven with oven gloves, put it safely on a cooling tray, and pour brandewijn over the tart, like a Christmas pudding, but less work, and so the residual of the tart will hold the wholesome goodness of the holy brandewijn, the tart is safe to make, and keeps fresh in case of no refrigeration. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe steak here is excellent - cooked perfectly. Often its the little things that matter. Mine and my wifeās steaks came with an automatic sauce the restaurant had decided should accompany ALL the steaks. When we tried to get this changed I was told that wecouldnāt and that to get the sauce we wanted we had to buy an extra one. So we did and the only item left on mine and my wifeās plate was the sauce we hadnāt asked for and didnāt want. I tried to explain but the senior waiter just didnāt get it. He told us that the sauce we didnāt want could not be separated from the steak because of some silly cost reason I didnāt understand. Then he added insult to injury by telling us that other people liked the sauce (as though other people were paying for our food). I wasnāt getting through to him so I left it. An otherwise good experience tainted by a huge chunk...

Friendly, helpful staff and lovely food.. It's a nice novelty for something different if you've never tried the hot stone before.
We had a sharing Seafood platter for 2 £15, then a 10 oz grass fed ribeye £34 and a 8oz 28 day aged fillet £42. The price comes with unlimited chips and salad and a sauce. Definitely recommend the fillet which was really good and actually didn't take too long to cook on the stone.
It gets very warm ( and a little smokey) in there whilst cooking on a stone so bear that in mind for your choice of attire.
Overall, I know the place hasn't been great since the Handpicked group took over what used to be an absolutely great steakhouse but I'd say this experience was good.
Service was friendly and staff...
