Best option in Tegucigalpa for specialty coffee. Bit hidden on the 5th floor, with a beautiful view. You can choose among all extraction methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress) and common espresso options, these are bit more pricey compared to other places. In addition 2 single origin coffees were available for a very reasonable price.

Varietal sirve un café de alta calidad que se puede preparar en varias maneras. Sus postres caseros son deliciosos - el cheesecake de arándanos es mi favorito. Si tienes hambre hay unos buenos sándwiches - recomiendo el de pollo con pesto. Este Varietal queda en la plaza de Artemisa, se puede sentar adentro o afuera. Hay otro Varietal en Valle de Ángeles. Recomiendo ambos muchisimo. // Varietal serves a high-quality coffee that they can be prepare in several ways. Their homemade desserts are delicious - the blueberry cheesecake is my favorite. If you are hungry there are some good sandwiches - I recommend the chicken with pesto. This Varietal is on the plaza of the Artemisa building, you can sit inside or outside. There is another Varietal in Valle de Ángeles. I highly recommend both.

Buen café y buena ubicación 😉 el lugar muy bonito. El servicio puede mejorar y tuvieron problemas con el POS y solo tenían opción en efectivo. Tienen una vista muy bonita. Recomendado el pan con frijoles.
