The restaurant itself is very fancy and nice, the atmosphere is lovely. However, the ordering went a bit off tracks. Starting out they did not have half the items on the menu, then when the food arrived for my friend, who specifically asked for no spice on the meat, they brought it back and put the whole thing on a new table, without the spicy stuff. OK, no problems with that. As we got our food, we mentioned that we ordered a separate side, which we never got (was not on the receipt either).

Walked into the restaurant, and bartender/waitress completely ignored my family and I. We stood for a couple minutes in front of the lady to be seated at a table, but she turned away. She was pretending to be busy by being on the computer, but we could see she was pressing the same letters, just pretending, deliberately avoiding us. Disappointed with service, we didn’t get to eat. Az étteremben húslevest és plejskavicát rendeltünk. 42 perc várakozás után szóvá tettem, hogy a levest szeretnénk megkapni. Elég ingerülten válaszolt a pincér, hogy igyekszik de sok volt a házhozszállítás. Ezek után mondtam, hogy ha 3 percen belül nem kapjuk meg a levest elmegyünk. Ezután ingerülten odavágta, hogy jó. Mikor megkaptuk a levest 3 perc múlva… kioktatott, hogy 3 fő dolgozik megfeszített tempóban a konyhán hogy ki legyünk szolgálva. Ezek után a levesben a csirkehús kozmás volt. A többi étel rendben volt. Mikor végeztünk a feleségem jelezte a pincérnek, hogy fizetni szeretnénk. Ő elfordította a fejét. Ez a férfi pincér egy agresszív tuskóként viselkedett. Végül a kolléganőjénél fizettünk. A szefvizdijjat automatikusan felszámolták, de ez a pincér nem érdemel egy fillért sem. Egyénként pedig a konyhai személyzet túlterheltsége mióta a vendég dolga??? Tulajdonos vagy az étterem vezető mit csinálnak? A helyet senkinek sem...
