Food is not that bad but also not that good. But the service is really bad. We came here 3 persons, they put us in a room which the atmosphere quite uncomfortable and they still have the table outside. Also, they kinda like rushing us; after they gave us menu (might) less than 5mins and they ask for order for like 2 times but one of us not even look at the menu yet because there’s only 2 menus. And the second time that a Hungarian girl who wear white shirt ask for the order again, we said that we are not ready to order yet, when we ready we’ll ring the bell. Then she took one of the menu book and said then only one menu. “Do you guys think this is should happen?” We still look at the menu. After we already everything and got the food we are not even finish eating but the staff already came and take some of our dishes. Worst case scenario, they even monitoring us for taking our dishes, I guess it might because they want us to leave and give the table to new customers. But the point is that we just got our meal and we were not even finish eating yet. Do you think it suitable? For me it shown disrespect. I would strong...
Read moreI highly recommend checking this restaurant if you want the most authentic and delicious meals made with love and care. The restaurant is pretty spacious and very clean. The service was amazing and the waiters were very quick and attentive. Everything we had was amazing! I recommend getting the Kimchi-jjigae as it pairs well with all of the other dishes and banchan. It was probably one of the best Kimchi-jjigae I have had as it was so flavorful. While the restaurant is a bit hot because the AC is not working, they have fans for the customers, which was okay for us. Chef Kim personally came to our table and talked to us with a warm smile and I love the attention for each customer. We were also given a delicious refreshing drink after our meal. If you ever crave some Korean food, this is the place...
Read moreFairly new Korean restaurant located next to the Danube riverside, near the famous Fashion Street. The food is beautifully presented and I’d recommend trying their seafood pancake Haemul Pajeon as it’s one of the best you can get in Budapest. Their Kimchi Jjigae (kimchi stew) tastes good too but not as delicious as what some other restaurants offers. The soup, meat could be more flavorful and overall the dish lacks spiciness. The service is polite but quite distant and it’s a bit strange that none of the staff spoke Hungarian. The owner seemed less friendly and welcoming towards us than his regular Korean costumers too. The prices are about the same as other Korean places in town. One very positive point though is that they have a lot of gluten free...
