KFC — Restaurant in Budapest

Sorry to say that, but this was my worst KFC experience by far. It took literally more than half an hour for them to prepare my not to complex food, while my fries were sitting and staring me from the counter. It was not a surprise that they were stone cold. All the delivery guys were waiting for half an hour as well, the whole situation was ridiculous. Three icing on the cake was the fact that the lady at the counter asked for my burger 32 minutes after I ordered it... fast food... sure.

Worst experience, I'll avoid KFC all together for a while after this. Really not recommended. There is East Port next door, which is far far far better in my opinion, although not the same cup of...

Brought the cheapest cheseeburger and twister menu. The fries were old. The bum was not fresh either. The salad in the iTwist was withered. My girlfriend did not want cucumber in her burger and it was hard to order because we were not allowed to order at the cashier only on the kiosk. We were told to order at the kiosk then we had to fetch someone to tell we do not want the cucumber in the burger, then the person disappeared in the back. We got the burgers with cucumber in it and politely asked to change it. Finally we got what we wanted although it...

Sokszor járok ide, és eddig nem is volt bajom a hellyel. Sőt, az egyik kedvenc KFC-m volt. A mai napig. Ugyan is ma a rendelésem leadása után végignéztem, ahogyan minden előttem és utánam jövőt kiszolgálnak, míg az én rendelésem ott pihen a pulton összekészítve, összecsapva. Direkt néztem a telefonomon; 26 percet vártam összesen mire kiderült, hogy egy szendvics maradt le az egészből. Máskor is volt már ilyen, és tudom, hogy stresszes ez a munka, ezért nem is szóltam ezelőtt soha...Viszont miután nagy nehezen kikerült a rendelésem, megkértem az ott dolgozó hölgyet, hogy legyen szíves legalább a krumplit kicserélni, mert tuti kihűlt már a tálcán minden...nemhogy egy elnézést nem kaptam, de még ő volt megsértődve a másik kolléganőjével együtt, akivel utána morcizásba kezdtek. Azért szerencsére sikerült a csere, viszont ez után jött az a dolog, ami miatt most ezt írom. A szendvics amire vártam gyászos állapotban volt. De annyira, hogy én ilyet csak mémekben láttam eddig: összesen 3db kis cafatos szarvacskatészta volt az egész "Mac and cheese" burgerben, ami ráadásul el is volt áztatva valami barna szósszal.

Elszomorít, hogy ennyire leromlott a hely és a minőség. Lehet több kollégát kellene alkalmazni és akkor nem lenne káosz, valamint nem kerülne ki ilyen...
