McDonald's — Restaurant in Kecskeméti járás

Really nice meal at this McDonald's. I've been to france, germany UK ones, but I think this is my personal best restaurant. My only problem was lack of management in the covid 19 concerns. Behind the counter, it was hectic and looked Very unhygenic. My personal suggestion to the manager would be: please add more air conditioning and include personal space. It smells to high heaven of hot air and fast food. There were about 30 people all Waiting in different rows but only 2 had a mask on. (No social distancing measures) The waiters had their masks halfway down and it was a breeding ground for germs. It also takes quite a long time to get served. The drive thru...

Tisztelt Üzemeltető! A mai este folyamán azaz 2024.06.25-én meglátogattuk az étterem drive részét. Oda érve tapasztaltuk hogy mindkét rendelés felvevő oszlop szemeteszsákkal van letakarva, illetve ráírva hogy “kupon beváltás az utolsó ablaknál”, számunkra nem volt egyértelmű hol is kell most rendelni, az utolsó rendelés felvevő oszlopnál vártunk is, illetve 3x bele is köszöntünk, de senki nem válaszolt, így tovább hajtottunk gondolván ezekszerint az ablaknál kell rendelni. Majd mikor már mögöttünk beállt egy másik auto az oszlophoz, halljuk hogy a driveos kolléganő nekünk szól hogy az oszlopnál kellene rendelni, nyilván nem tudtunk màr az oszlopnál rendelni mivel beallt mogenk egy auto visszatolatasra nem volt lehetoseg. Kikuldtek egy kollegat az autohoz akinek el is mondtuk a problemankat, es hogy feltudja e venni a rendelest. A kollega elnezest kert, felvette a rendelesunket. Az ablakhoz erve viszont a driveos orr piercinges szokes barna haju holgyike kozli velunk hogy maskor az oszlopnal kene rendelni. Mondtuk neki hogy hat 3x beleszoltunk semmi valaszt nem kaptunk, erre o elkezdett vitatkozni flegma stilusban hogy nem nem szoltunk bele 3x es hogy o vegig hallotta, na hat ha hallotta akkor ki is nem szolt bele? Kicsit elkellene ugygondolom beszelgetni ezzel a kolleganovel hogy beszelunk egy FIZETO vendeggel, es hogyan kell viselkedni VENDEGLATASBAN, egy elnezest nem kaptunk tole nem hogy normalis viselkedest, oruljon a kollegano hogy a Vásárlók könyvét nem kertuk el, legkozelebb elfogjuk:) Ugygondolom ha mukodik a rendelesfelvevo oszlop lekellene venni a szemetesszákot es normalisan ESETLEG kedvesen kellene beszelni a FOGYASZTO...

Horrible management, would not recommend! I waited 20 minutes for my food, meanwhile people, who ordered way later than me, got theirs earlier. When I asked the staff if they were going to complete my order, I could see the manager ironically laugh at me. The staff doesn’t show order numbers on the screen which is confusing for foreigners.
