Lillafüred Trout Farm — Restaurant in Miskolci járás

The place is located in a valley in Bukk and has a very nice a cosy vibe. It can be also reached by the "Kis vonat" (open carriage small train riding through some areas in the hills). The trout is fresh and well prepared (fried or smoked), enough types of side dishes and drinks to choose from. Overall very tasty. My only problem is that you cannot pay by card. This time and age most ppl don't carry a lot of cash around and the nearest ATM...

Freshly out of the water, you can buy it raw, OR smoked (put them in your oven with a little butter for 15 min.) or deep-fried (ask it with french fries and some of their special garlic-mayo sauce), it tastes great!
