We (me and my friends) didn't get the chance to visit the restaurant. At the time we were on a long journey driving all the way down from UK. We were planning on visiting the restaurant near to its closing time, we've decided to give a call before arriving, in case the restaurant was not accepting further orders in the evening. First off the employee interrupted me by saying that they are not the hotel (thank you, I've checked the website I can read) he didn't let me even ask the question that I wanted to ask, he said that the kitchen is closing, so they can only do a Cordon Bleu order also probably for take away. Whilst I am appreciative of this information, I called them for a completely different reason: The closing times reflected on Google Maps are incorrect, which is not something I could rectify with the employee on the phone as he didn't let me speak. At no point during the conversation did he ask why I've called and what would be the question I wanted to ask. And I am sorry but starting the conversation with: "We are not a hotel" is just plain rude and transmits the message that the caller can't make a difference between a telephone number of the restaurant and a hotel. Overall, just from this one, barely 3 minutes long conversation I've lost all interest in visiting the restaurant. If this is how a phone call conversation is treated with a potential customer I can only imagine what service you are getting at the restaurant. The complete lack of manners is shocking. Please only visit if you would like to be treated...

Read moreWe visited this restaurant on the recommendation of our acquaintances, I have to say that the food was very tasty and the portions were large, but the attitude of the staff was very terrible, we had empty plates on the table and the waiter did not even notice them to take them and there were not many people in the restaurant so if he had time to talk, he would definitely have time to take away the empty plates and ask if we can have dessert, I expect such an approach in a restaurant that is not exactly the cheapest 😊 But when paying, there was a minor problem on the part of the waiter, we paid by card and the waiter probably forgot that he already had 5% tringelt credited to the block and he certainly didn't deserve a forint for the access, but that he then starts slandering us and pointing at us finger it was already completely over the line, I will not return to this establishment even if it is the only one in the world for the attitude of the waiter. I hereby greet you Mr. waiter Ferenc R. Your supervisor should retrain you on how to treat...
