Beck's Pub — Restaurant in Nyíregyházi járás

I used to come here often with my parents many years ago when we all lived in this city. Going back for the first time in a long time, I was surprised that we were the only ones in the restaurant throughout the course of our dinner, so it makes me wonder if business is dwindling these days. That having been said, the food was delicious and the waitress that took our order was nice enough. A little ditzy, and didn't explain things all that well, but friendly.

The restaurant is always clean, has fairly good music playing and is in a so-so location. Unfortunately, for those who are unfamiliar with the city, it's not in a location that is near the city center. Getting there by bus would be easiest, but you can also walk if you enjoy the trek. From the center of town, I would venture that it's roughly a good hour's walk. Maybe more actually. The restaurant is about a 20 minute walk from Tesco, and a 5 minute walk to Interspar - as that supermarket is right across the street.

The area is on a busy street, but also in a relatively quiet area of town. I would recommend it because they have good food, at average prices. And it's a lot better to come here than to some of the more expensive places in the center where they rack...

A Pub-ot Nyíregyházán ajánlották nekünk, ezért mentünk Önökhöz. A felszolgálók nem voltak túl tapasztaltak, de ez részemről egyáltalán nem probléma. Gyakorlat teszi a mestert. Az ételek, amiket rendeltünk viszont sajnos egyáltalán nem hozták a várakozásainkat és ár/érték arányban sem tartottuk kedvezőnek. "házi hamburger" menüt kértünk, de ez egy fasírtos zsemle volt. A kért limonádék közül az egyikünk fél literes korsót kapott, míg a másik egy kisebb, nagyjából 3 dl-es sörös pohárban került felszolgálásra, természetesen mindkettőért ugyanannyit fizettünk. Azt gondolom, hogy az ilyen dolgokra lehetne egy kicsit nagyobb hangsúlyt fektetni, mert jogosan reklamálhattam volna a helyszínen, de nem tettem, mert az ember már időnként belefárad. A felszolgálók rendkívül kedvesek voltak, nekik üzenem, hogy...
