Some say Iceland’s burger revolution began with one man: Tommi. Back when most people thought a burger was a sad slab of meat between cardboard buns, he had a vision. Juicy. Charred. Real. Thus was born Tommi’s Burger Joint — and from that beautiful chaos came this holy place: King Burger.

I sat at the bar, beer in hand, while Neil Young strummed my brain into mush and Nirvana nailed it back together. Classic tunes, cold brew, and a burger that could make grown men cry.

I am visiting from the UK, so I'm already aware of the extortionate prices here at Iceland. However, I was wrong, the prices from this burger outlet were very reasonable, especially the meal deal offered with unlimited refills of drinks and a plentiful supply of fries! There is also a booth of different sauces

Cheap, great classic burger, quick service. Came here with my family on a Sunday. The owner of this franchise Stephen was the only one in (sorry I don't know the Icelandic equivalent spelling of the name). He alone made for all the people in the place 10-15 quickly and our burgers were lovely. Also a lovely little stall with a huge variety of sauces and optional burger condiments e.g. pickles, sriracha mayo, crispy onions etc....
