Hafnarhus Café

We had a wonderful experience at this cafe with nice terraces and windows on the harbour. We stopped for lunch after watching the puffins on the hill next to the cafe and we thoroughly enjoyed the soup, panini, tea, coffee and cake. Management extremely rude and unhelpful. I've actually never met a rude person in Iceland until I came here. I understand if you're not open for the day yet, but rather than saying "We're closed, please go away," they could have simply locked the door in the first place or even said "We don't open for another hour please come back then." We stopped at this lovely cafe after Puffin watching(an amazing experience). The young woman behind the counter was friendly and so accommodating when I requested my coffee a certain way.
