This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Food is overpriced, even for Iceland. More concerning is staff just doesn’t give a flying **, even worse than before. At 8pm they decided to stop serving active tables and sat behind the bar, taking seats from the dining room while six tables went unserved for more water, drink top ups, and asking about desert.
I stay here because it’s convenient. Next time I’ll walk over to the terminal and get a sandwich. The customer service provided by the self checkout will probably be better than what this group of clowns provides.
That being said the 1200 ISK fries was actually quite tasty. Too bad...

We ordered a (pretty expensive) burger with fries, both were dry and so rubbery that they basically couldn't be eaten. That was the first time I ever send back food. Both waiters didn't apologize at all, just took it back and offered nothing as compensation.
