Food here is amazing, i freaking love Hlunkur especially. I order it almost every time i come here. Service is great and actually pretty fast, never had an issue here. Although it says that it is a drive through, you can come walk by and order on foot with no questions asked, you'll be alright. (Thats what i do though) Place can get pretty busy at sometimes, so if you don't want long lines but want Hlunkur that bad, just wait 20-30mins after lunch ours and you'll be first in line with top tier Hlunkur in your hands after 5 mins. We wandered around the vicinity looking for a place to eat. Nothing around looked too interesting until we looked at the menu here. There was no one inside, but quite a few people getting take-away food. Wow.....quite the selection. We didn't know what to try, so asked the friendly guy at the counter what was good, He told us the #1 and #9 we the most popular. Well our food came out extremely quick. This is Iceland's BEST SUB-Sandwich place period! The service is friendly, super organized and so fast that Chef Gordon Ramsey himself would be happy. The noon special (over at 14:00) is a wonderful deal and cheep by any standard in Iceland. They offer healthier bread choices on their sandwiches as well. Every thing is very fresh and a huge selection to try from. You just cant go wrong...
