Store Review for Altitude: Unpleasant Experience with Food Quality I wanted to share my experience from my visit on November 15th. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the food quality. I ordered the paneer butter masala, but the taste was incredibly disappointing. The dish was not properly cooked, and I could not even finish it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, they did not take my complaint seriously and insisted that the dish was fine. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Altitude to anyone looking for a quality meal. my experience was far from enchanting. On the eve of November 1, I ventured forth to savor their delicacies, but alas, the magic was not to be. The dish that caught my eye, the treasured Altitude triple chicken Tikka, proved to be a disappointment. The flavors were lackluster, the chicken unmarinated, and the cooking uneven. Alas, I could not bear to finish it. When I shared my concerns with the manager, they dismissed my complaint with naught but a wave of their hand, insisting that the dish was flawless. This grievous act left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Altitude to those seeking fine...

While the ambiance was pleasant, the service left much to be desired, as the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and there were significant delays in service. The quality of the food was mediocre, failing to justify the prices charged. Additionally, the billing system was problematic; I had to be cautious while settling the bill. After ordering peanut butter masala, I promptly changed my mind and canceled the order within a minute, yet it still appeared on my bill along with an extra water bottle, despite having only consumed one.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to others, as many items listed on the menu were unavailable during my visit. The overall experience was disappointing, and it seemed that the staff prioritized manipulation over providing...
