Deviram's Food Circle — Restaurant in Agra

I have always been to the original one which is better known for their sweets & Indian snacks. But this franchise was such a put off. Ate "pav-bhaji", "bhel-puri", noodles (locally called chowmein) & tandoori roti with arehar dal (toor dal). Though the platter looked good it was as terrible in taste as it could get. The pav-bhaji wasnt spicy or even tangy jus plain then the bhel-puri was dry, and not a pinch of tinge in it rather it was just mixed with all the ingredients put together. The noodles (chowmein) was only close to being edible & coming to the dal it was out of the hot pan with as less salt sprinkled no zest & only generous amt of butter. Food here was as boring/bad as it can get but again since this is the franchise dnt think i would go here again. And i definitely recommend the place where devirams was originally started. Visited here with family and I can say it is the best option here in locality if you want to try vegetarian north or south indian food. We had multiple cuisines and found the taste as follows:

Noodles, Manchurian, Burger, Soup , Sambhar: Good in taste, authentic.

Idli, Wada, Uttapam: Nothing compared to what these are in south india. I have been there for almost 4 years and this I can say is not at all a comparable representation of the food I had there.

Raj Kachouri: I'm writing about this separately because this is my one of the favourite dish but this was Okayish in here. Can't complain about it. But can't say that it is out of the world. Have had better Raj kachouri earlier in #bikanerwala

Overall it was a mixed emotion visit where I liked the food we ordered apart from Idli, Vada, Uttapam. So better try South Indian dishes at your own risk 😋

PS: Try Bedhai or Jalebi....

Very bad experience in deviram's food circle near kargil sikandra region although food quality and facilities are average no question on that but when you have VIP guests with reputed family and you take your seats etc they charged extra money.. they demand 2000 rs extra other than normal bill.. reason for this is these r outsider family and we charged extra rupees.. in that situation.. you r not in condition to go outside..not to argue with these nuisanse staff and management. So your whole party members feeling bad. Kindly beware this type activities of deviram's food circle. There r so many better option than this. Very bad experience. Not recommended any family to go their. This incident was happened on last Monday...
