Domino's Pizza | Kamla Nagar, Agra — Restaurant in Agra

Hi, everyone heartiest congratulations for the growing success Of agra foodsters group. I wud not say that i m a foodie but ofcouse my taste buds always craves for gud and tastefull food and accordingly write its review on net... i m going to write my first ever review on agra foodsters so here we go... Whenever I like to satisfy my tummy with a cheesy, scrumptious, yummy and heavenly pizza the name which strikes my mind is Dominos, so yesterday afternoon i visited my nearest dominos outlet based in citymall kamlanagar Where there is ample parking space is available for two wheelers and four wheelers and had ordered there newly launched chicken tikka pizza and lemon pepper boneless chicken wings with ofcourse coke pet bottle without which i really can not enjoy pizza. They took 5min to place my order on table meanwhile i took few pics of the interiors the interior was cozy with few seating on ground floor they too have seating upstairs as well so ample of seating is available in this outlet. Ambience was nice with gud working ac's All in all gud hygenic and clean place with gud aroma which makes you more comfortable and hungry.. Now about food I wud say pizza and chickenwings both were superhot i can feel the nice aroma, pizza was freshly prepared and nicely backed with plenty of fresh toppings all over, i want to discover whats new in there newly added pizza so i tasted the pizza bite and believe me that was awesome, the cheese just melted in my mouth and the chicken toppings were so tasty and crisp doubled my pleasure. I always try to add extra toping but in this case the amount of toppings was excellent no need to add extra cheese or toppings adding on to ur bill. Boneless chicken wings were deadly they came in a small catchy plastic box with superbly sesoned fine herbs, origano and chilly flakes. They tasted even better then my pizza i really satisfied my tastebuds with these two new extraordinary and yumm yumm yummy added speciality..

During my recent visit to Domino's in Kamla Nagar, Agra, I had an extremely disappointing experience. I must say that the service provided was nothing short of the worst. The cleanliness of the establishment left a lot to be desired. The dining area was poorly maintained, with dirt and debris scattered around. It was quite unappealing and gave an impression of neglect. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when dining out, and unfortunately, it was not met during my visit.

To exacerbate the situation, the air conditioning in the restaurant was not functioning properly. Given the hot weather, this made the overall experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. It is crucial for a dining establishment to ensure a comfortable environment for its patrons, and the non-functioning AC was a major letdown.

Additionally, I noticed used boxes scattered everywhere, which further added to the untidy ambiance. It appeared as though the staff did not take the time to clean up properly, leaving an unprofessional impression on customers. It is disheartening to see a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness in a renowned chain like Domino's.

I strongly believe that such issues should not be present in a well-established restaurant. I hope the management takes immediate steps to rectify these shortcomings and improve the overall customer experience. Paying attention to service quality, cleanliness, and maintaining functioning facilities should be a priority for any dining establishment.

Based on my recent experience at Domino's in Kamla Nagar, Agra, I would not recommend this...

This was my 2nd visit to your Kamla Nagar store. During the first visit also my order was delayed wherein with request i had waited for the order that time. This time my order was not even prepared while i got text message mentioning that my order No 32 is ready at 4:29 pm. When I enquired at 4:35 it was then they said that my order was missed to prepare. This is the condition when I was alone in the store when i ordered my order. When I asked about the text message they said that this an automated centralized message. Strange and unbelievable. Pathetic service by the store. If this store is busy with online orders and cant take care of walk in customers I request you to kindly stop taking walk in customers. Mistake happens once not twice. I had cancelled my order on 12th Jan and even till today ie 17th January my payment is not credited back. NOTE: Before being commented by Dominos here below this review I would wish to say that even my mail to customer care is still not responded since 12th January 2024. Called the store for payment refund no call back with status. Pathetic. Huge...
