I had hosted my parents 50th wedding anniversary party at temptations in the basement hall. My experience was not that great and here’s why They have their own Dj and decor people, both guys had attitude problem, they have their own monopoly. Dj said you tell me the rings I will play, Dj job is to play the songs upon request and according to party theme, he was not happy because we were not dancing on the dance floor, we were enjoying at the location of the backdrop to get better videos and pics. I would not recommend the Decor preson, very rude, ready to cheat at every step, the decor you are seeing here is Rs.8000. You can see in the video the pieces were broken in the gold part, which he fixed later after I complained. He did not even bring a sample ballon, which I requested to see, after many arguments he used the chrome ballon’s and not the transparent yellow ballon’s. I told him to cover the 2 AC units which were on both sides of the backdrop, this is common sense, which a deco person should know. The cut out of no 50 kept on falling from the ceiling.

Food was not that great, they don’t serve desert, so we had to get our own desert. I kept on asking for cold water, waiters kept on making excuses and did not get cold water. They served icecream which was very bad, probably it was refrozen. Some of our guests came late, and we asked for appetizers and the waiters refused to serve. Very bad service, I would not recommend this place for party. Tabke covers had holes in them, in-spite of me requesting them to wash and use proper linens. Looked like no one cares about anything, after complaining to the managers, all they did was gave us 2 free icecream cones. I also tipped Rs.600 to the staff, because they kept on begging for it.
