Except the product everything was pathetic, DIDN'T EXPECTED THIS HYGIENE LEVEL, i was with my mum and being a aged lady she cannot go anywhere to use washroom... But the washroom was pathetic she literally couldn't step her feet also inside the toilet, it was smelling of peee like it's haven't Been cleaned for ages , i was really sad for her urgency. WORK ON YOUR WAITING TIME it was so insane that a brand chain cannot respect theie own timeline... Since i don't slike to peep every five minutes to the reception to ask about my order .. i used my app to control... The worst happe when after passing 10minutes on app status that MY PIZZA IS READY i didn't recieve my product and the staff kept me and mother wait by saying " ki Sir wo pizza jaise hi overn se bahar aata h wo status update ho jaata h, ap aur wait kariye " i think they are running their own...

Food is offcourse good Ambience is full of aroma But worst & Slow service even though there's almost not much orders are there they still take time if you wanna buy 2 pizzas wait for 35 minutes atleast minimum & in rush hour be prepare yourself by pre-ordering they need to improve this because customer are for brand's value not there for loosing their valuable time & yaa delivery is so fast in nearly areas but charges aren't worthy it's like a way of looting from customers wherever possible & also whether in store or in delivery they ain't provide you much oregano & chilli flakes sachets until you ask more & more unless they give only 2 to 4 only Beware of them, that staff isn't taking care of customers just scamming them whenever wherever possible & almost all the time pizzas aren't cooked perfectly & remains raw so keep that in...
