OYSTER RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Ajmer

Honestly, When this restro opened I heard lot of negative comments regarding the food, sevice, taste environment and alot more. If you read comments on google most people have not written so good comments.

But then me & my husband thought of going and give it a try.

It’s a true saying ‘Don’t judge a book by it’s cover’, without eating and visiting we can’t judge how they are..

So I went with my family and we straight up went to the rooftop.

Parents might find the place too noisy but for youth the place is really good. If you wish to chill with your friends on Friday/ Saturday night it’s good to sit and enjoy the view

I appreciate the music selection as well because many of them lack those basic thing while running a bar & restro.

I would also not recommend the rooftop for kids specially for baby due to loud music.

Coming to food, we ordered lots of food:-

1. Chilli panner - It was fine.

2. Tandoori platter - (this is something i really liked it)

Mashroom balls - this is something I really loved it and recommend everyone to try once.

Panner Tikka - this was okish, didn’t liked too much (As I am not big fan of Panner)

Harabhara kabab - It was good

Dhai Kabab - this was also very tasty.

They served this with chutney and onion which tasted really good along with it.

My husband & my family had proper dinner so they had

3. Dal Makhni - second thing on the list which I highly recommend because generally we don’t get good taste of Dal Makhni but here it was and we really liked it.

4. Panner Butter Masala - as mentioned above I am not fan of panner so it was okish and everyone liked it.

5. Breads - we ordered Naan & Tandoori Roti, since we were at the rooftop and due to wind and while serving the food the breads quickly went cold and you can understand you can’t eat cold breads. But when we re-ordered the breads they were hot and it tasted good.

6. Vegetable Noodles - the taste was good just it was little oily which I didn’t liked.

7. Mojito - This was also fine like normal Mojito.

The staff was good, the service was not slow at all (But yes, if you order food and you expect in 2mins it will arrive then please do not visit any restaurant because basic time even a Dhaba takes to serve you)

I liked the vibe of the place, their were 2 parties going during that time. So family, couple, friends every type of crowd was their.

Coming to money, it was not too expensive after ordering almost 10-11 items we paid around ₹ 2900/- something with GST. Which I think is very good as per the taste and after ordering so many dishes

Overall I would like to go back again to this place and try more from their menu maybe vegetable cigar rolls or a Pizza may be Pasta.

I liked the vibe, music, view from the place. The food, drinks, staff even the ground parking staff was were welcoming & overall the place is good and value for money.

P.S I always forget to take pictures of food but moving forward I’ll definitely try my best.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at oyster restaurant and I'm still thinking about what an incredible experience it was. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth. The staff here are truly outstanding.And restaurant staff was not only attentive but genuinely passionate about the menu, offering insightful recommendations that made our choices so much easier. We also tried the kasmiri rasila paneer and the desert beetroot halwa each one was a revelation. It's clear that the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, and the execution is flawless.

What truly elevates this restaurant, however, are the views. As the sun set over Anasagar leak the panoramic windows framed a breathtaking scene that made the entire meal feel magical. We recently visited this restaurant as a group of 16. While the location is nice and the ambience gives an impression of a premium space, the overall experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The biggest challenge was the service. With only two menu cards for a large group, it took nearly 30 minutes just to get our orders noted down. Multiple staff members gathered around but there seemed to be confusion throughout, with difficulty in understanding orders. The menu also listed wine by the glass, but when asked, it wasn’t available — which added to the sense of mismatch between what’s promised and what’s actually served.we had to order full bottle just for a glass. Food serving was all chaos. On the food side, everything was fine but nothing you can’t get at roadside kiosks. Specially Chinese food it was very average. — overall v average in taste compared to what the branding and certificates at the entrance suggested. In short: good location and okay food, but the service quality needs serious improvement to match the premium image the restaurant is trying to project.
