Domino's Pizza | Indra Colony, Alwar — Restaurant in Alwar

I had a very bad experience at Domino’s in Alwar. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene. The same person who was handling the pizza base was also making the pizzas – all without wearing any gloves. It was shocking to witness such negligence, especially from a brand like Domino’s which is known for its standards.

There was absolutely no hygiene being followed inside the kitchen. I have recorded a video as proof and attached the same. To add to the discomfort, there was no air conditioning working in the customer area, while the AC in the working area for staff was functioning. It felt like customer comfort was not a priority at all.

The service was poor, the staff was unprofessional, and the overall environment was disappointing. It’s truly heartbreaking to see a big brand like Domino’s failing at such basic levels of cleanliness and service. People choose Domino’s over local options thinking it's a clean and hygienic place to eat – but after this experience, even street food seems like a better option.

This needs to be addressed seriously – or it’s a shame to carry the Domino’s name with such...

Hello Domino's Pizza I am visiting at your jayanti Mall Alwar Rajasthan outlet with my family I am ask to Kavita Meena she said AC not working. I informed that you guys see the big orders first, do not see the small orders, after us, four people came after us, they have been given service before us and There is discrimination at you, so I did not take the order, he has left there, he will eat pizza to speak to your staff.

My experience is so bad. I will never recommend anyone that taking pizza from Domino is a very useless service. Staff is not cooperative at all.

The service of the dominos pizza is worst. They are not doing delivery in my area. From last 6 months I am taking delivery but today they said to me that we r not doing delivery in your area. And the distance between dominos to my home is less than 3 Km's. So I want to know that why u r doing this to me I want the explanation. Because me also was an part of city.
