I recently visited your restaurant and was quite disappointed with the overall food quality and experience. The chicken dish I had tasted bland and stale, lacking any freshness or flavor. The butter chicken was excessively sweet—more like a dessert than a savory dish. Even the vanilla ice cream with chocolate accents didn’t taste authentic; it lacked any real vanilla essence. Considering the prices you're charging, I expected much better quality. Later that same day, I ordered Chicken Do Pyaza for my brother, and it turned out to be a complete letdown—poorly prepared and unappetizing. On top of that, I’ve consistently faced delays with my orders. Although I was told a new chef has been hired, it seems the food quality has actually declined since then. So, been here today..... But was a very poor experience! Firstly, why do you not have normal filtered water? It's a basic requirement! Why everyone should buy a bisleri?? And the main problem.....we had to wait for atleast for 45 mins for the first order..... Even when it was not crowded at all, it looked like they were mainly focused on online deliveries than dine-in orders. After waiting for this long ..... The food we recieved had a hair in it which had to be returned. Again the same problem happened with 2 more dishes! Very disappointing! Although the waiters were polite and were willing to hear the complaints and tried to compensate, but hygiene wise, was not satisfactory! Request to the owner to check and fix these...

We visited for the second time but the same issue. Half of the menu isn't available to serve. Also, the taste wasnt the same as when we visited for the first time.

May be the chef has changed but the restaurant needs to ensure the recipes served taste the same everytime.

It is more like a Chinese restaurant than a cafe now.

The common problem with every resturant today is that their food taste amazing when newly opened but after sometime the taste starts declining.

At the end, taste of the food is what drives repeat customers.

So,. please work on providing entire menu. It doesn't give confidence to recommend the restaurant to others when half of the menu is not...
