I had pre-ordered a customized PUBG cake for my brother. I was very reluctant as Ambernath is a small town and good cake makers are rare. But it turned out to be much above my expectations. Cake was delicious, light and had an amazing fragrance. The design that I gave for customising the cake was pitch perfect and I would recommend everyone to try it out once. Rates are reasonable too. Overall a cake wonderful experience in Ambernath!!!

I've loved the food here but it seems my first dine-in experience was disappointing. Tbh we were really disappointed with the food and the staff seemed too busy to attend to customers properly. But since I’ve ordered from Bakers Rack on Zomato multiple times and loved the taste but with my dine in experience I felt like they’re more focused on their Zomato orders than on the dine-in service.

Chicken triple noodles was too good but at other side i ordered chicken nuggets which was terrible in taste. Without my concern they served me peri peri chicken nuggets & argued with me wherever you go, you will get nuggets like this only. Not only this when I asked them your nuggets are not even juicy one of them replied it's frozen material how you will find it juicy!

I've loved the food here but it seems my first dine-in experience was disappointing. Tbh we were really disappointed with the food and the staff seemed too busy to attend to customers properly. Visited Bakers Rack Multi Cuisine in Ambernath, it was so disappointing and disheartening as I took my friends for a treat. I WOULD STRICTLY RECOMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS REATAURANT, ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS BECAUSE THE FOOD WHAT THEY SERVED WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY AND IF KIDS HAVE THAT KIND OF FOOD THEN I AM SURE ANYONE STOMACH WILL BE UPSET. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REFRAIN YOURSELVES FROM VISITING THIS RESTAURANT. I had a sleepless night after having food there and so did my friends experience the same thing. Food not upto the mark as per what they charge. The counter guy was least bothered when a feed was being provided to him. That guy was only concerned about the bill payment. PATHETIC SERVICES RENDERED.

For some reason I feel that people who have given a 5 * rating would be either their family and friends, if not then the customers would have been forced to give 5* rating. Because i dint see anything great neither Ambiance, taste or service.

I was with my Family for Diwali Dinner, One slim Person with Cap (Backers Rack Staff) Denied to take my order with rude and Loud voice he gone outside. Other staff said Sorry but that rude person don't have any courtesies for Customers. Suggestion: If customer mischief with you then you have right to talk like this but if Any one with family politely calls you for order you shouldn't react like this. I will not suggest anyone (Specially with family) for visit this place If you don't want to...

I personally visited the restaurant & ordered Paneer Noodles. I informed the guy at the counter that I will come in the next 15 minutes to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order, the guy said that they have forgotten about my order. The guy asked me for my residential address & said that they will deliver in the next few minutes. After waiting for almost half an hour, I called & they said that I will receive the order.

After waiting for another 15 minutes when I called them, there was no answer. This is sheer unprofessionalism & extremely poor...
