Great end to an evening after a walk thro' the Vizianagaram market road or MG Road. A vegetarian restaurant, Ajantha, with self-service, meaning you pay first and then ask the kitchen to prepare. The place was compact, well organized into seating areas, service kitchen and parcel or take-away counters. The walls were decked with the variety of menus, including add on preparations with ghee (butter) I had the popular Masala Dosa, a batter fried as a round sheet and filled with mild spiced, potato vegetable (see photos) with side dishes.
